Never before have leadership skills and competent, effective leaders been so necessary as they are today. The problms we face in business, government, the community, schools, churches and non-profit organizations are numerous, widespread, multilayered and complex. The signs of a leadership crisis are alarming and pervasive. The mood of the populace has become angry, cynical, untrusting, self-centered, without purpose, direction or meaning.
