you are selling them effectively to the employer.

the leadership and the people you are interviewing
with you should know. Learn how to use this information
to your advantage.

your weaknesses and determine how to make sure you
overcome them during the interview.

one-on-one in office consultations.

its leadership, and who will be interviewing you is
critical. Having this information and knowing how to
use it is the key to successfully winning the interview.

Mock
Interview
Interview Skills Evaluation & Performance Improvement
Our Mock Interview service is for those who want to
practice and significantly improve their interview skills.
In two hours we provide

targeted career field and your application materials
- Interview
Success Coaching based on your needs.
- A
telephone or in-person mock-interview with audio or
video recording
- A
full critique of the mock interview analyzing your
strengths, weaknesses and providing recommendation

Targeted
Interview Preparation (TIP)
Real Mock Interview/Evaluation
TIP is recommended for the positions that you really
want to win. Its 4 hours of intense preparation, evaluation,
intelligence gathering, Interview Coaching, Position
Based Real Mock Interview and Evaluation, and the development
of recommendations to help you overcome any weaknesses,
make your strengths stronger and give you the competitive
edge to achieve interview success. With TIP you we provide
you
- We
develop interview questions based on the position
you are interviewing based on your review the job/vacancy
announcement, your application materials and the
organization
- Provide
you Interview Preparation Coaching
- A
30 Minute Recorded Position Based Real Mock Interview
- The interview can be held via phone or in person
in our Washington, DC based office and will be taped.
You will be provided either the audio and video
tape for your review.
- We
provide you a detailed written and verbal evaluation
discussing your strengths, weaknesses and providing
recommendations to win the interview
- We
prepare you a Career Intelligence Report
- Follow-Up
discussion and consultation after the interview
- Receive
our Interview Success Preparation Packet

Note: be aware that we need a minimum of one to two
weeks advance notice to provide the Targeted Interview
Preparation (TIP) service.
