PREPARING CHURCH LEADERS TO SUCCEED

Churches and religious organizations are not mandated to train or educate their officers, staff or volunteers. Although that is the case, good leaders recognize that the time and resources devoted to developing their officers, staff and volunteers will pay tremendous dividends in the future. Developing and equipping people with the knowledge, expertise and skills needed to effectively and efficiently manage the organization not only pays dividends for the organization but has a positive influence on peoples lives that reach far beyond the walls of the church.
